Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day Risk Free Trial return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If within 30 days you are not satisfied with the product or your purchase you can initiate a return / refund request

Important
Our no hassle 30-day Risk Free Trial is only applicable to the single box purchase.
If you have never tried Coral Laundry before, we highly recommend you purchase the single box first before purchasing multiple boxes.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defective item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. Once we received your information & it is validated, we will reship a new one within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation

You have until midnight the same day you placed your order to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed to be shipped out to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Return Request

To start a return, you can contact us at info@corallaundry.com.
The return items should be Unused and Unopened and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable for return Items. Once we validate the reason for your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
